Just like Casper the Ghost, this mini Ghost ornament is a friendly ghost, with his arms open wide and a rosy cheeked grin on his face. Halloween has its origins in the ancient festival of Samhain, the Celtic New Year, when spirits were allowed to return to earth to visit.
